Who we are
Kashan Builders & Developers is a residential construction company based in Karachi. We design and build houses on our own land, and we sell them directly to buyers, without routing the sale through a broker or agent. Alongside that, we take on commercial property work and sell sub-divided investment plots. Our registered office is at A-65, Tariq Bin Ziyad Society, Jinnah Avenue, Karachi, 72500.
Using this website
This site is here to show you what we're building, what we've already delivered, and how to reach us. You're welcome to browse it, share links to it, and use the contact form or WhatsApp links to get in touch. You're not permitted to copy the site's code, scrape its content for another business, or use it in a way that disrupts it for other visitors.
Property information, pricing, and availability
Everything on this site about a specific plot, whether that's square yardage, floor configuration, delivery date, or price, is provided in good faith and kept as current as we can manage. It is not a binding offer. Prices are shown as a range on purpose, because we're not willing to commit to a final figure until we've spoken with you directly. Delivery dates are our best estimate at the time of listing and can shift because of weather, material availability, approvals, or other factors outside our control. A property's status (available, reserved, or sold) can also change between the time a page was generated and the time you view it. None of this becomes binding until we've confirmed it with you in person or in writing.
Site plans and floor plans
We don't publish full architectural drawings directly on the site. If you want the complete site plan for a specific plot, reach out through WhatsApp or the contact form and our team will send it to you directly. We do this so a real person on our end can answer your questions alongside the drawing, not to make things harder to get.
No transactions happen on this website
This site does not process payments, take bookings, or hold any kind of deposit. There is no checkout, no account system, and no online contract. Every actual property sale is agreed and documented separately, in person or in writing, with our team. Nothing you do on this website, on its own, forms a purchase agreement.
Site visits
We encourage buyers to walk through a property before committing to anything, and we arrange these visits directly once you reach out. Construction sites carry ordinary safety risks, so please follow our team's instructions while on site and use appropriate footwear and care.
Photos, renders, and content on this site
Photos of delivered homes on this site are real photographs of our own completed projects. Where we show finishing references, such as kitchen or bathroom styling, that aren't photos of one specific house, we say so directly next to the image. Our name, logo, and the text, photography, and video on this site belong to Kashan Builders & Developers or are used with permission, and shouldn't be reused commercially without asking us first.
Links to WhatsApp and our social accounts
Several places on this site link out to WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, or X. Once you leave our site through one of those links, you're on a platform we don't control, and their own terms and privacy practices apply, not ours.
Limitation of liability
We put real effort into keeping this site accurate, but we can't guarantee it's free of errors or that it's available every second of every day. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses that come from relying on this website alone instead of confirming details with us directly. This doesn't limit any liability that can't legally be limited.

Governing law
