What we do with your information
Last updated August 4, 2026. We don't run ads or sell data, so this is shorter than most.
This page explains what Kashan Builders & Developers collects when you visit https://kashanbuilders.comor reach out through it. We've written it the way we'd explain it to a buyer standing in front of us, because that's really who this is for.
Information we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us, through the contact form: your name, phone number, email if you choose to add it, what you're interested in, your message, and which project you're asking about if you got there from a specific listing.
We don't ask for payment details, ID numbers, or any financial information through this website, and you should never need to enter any of that here.
How we use it
We use what you send us to reply to your inquiry, arrange a site visit, and keep an internal record of who we've spoken with about which property. That's the whole list. We don't use your details for advertising, and we don't build a marketing profile out of them.
Who we share it with
When you submit the contact form, your message may pass through Resend, the email delivery service we use to get that inquiry into our team's inbox. They process it only to deliver that one email and don't use it for anything else on our behalf. Beyond that, we don't sell, rent, or hand your information to advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else. If you message us on WhatsApp directly, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy practices, not ours, since it's happening on their platform.
Several buttons on this site, including the contact form, open WhatsApp with a message already filled in for you. Nothing is sent automatically. You choose to send that message yourself, at which point it becomes a normal WhatsApp conversation between you and our number, governed by WhatsApp's terms.
Cookies and local storage
This site doesn't run advertising trackers or analytics cookies. The one thing we do store in your browser is a small preference for whether you're viewing the site in light or dark mode, saved locally on your device so we don't ask you again on your next visit. It doesn't identify you and isn't sent back to us.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry details for as long as it's reasonably useful for following up with you or maintaining our own sales records, and delete or archive older records once they're no longer needed for those purposes.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Message us on WhatsApp at 0332-3601980 or email contact@kashanbuilders.com and we'll handle it directly, no automated ticket system in between.
Children's privacy
This site is meant for adults making property decisions. We don't knowingly collect information from children, and if we find out a minor has submitted a form, we'll delete that information.
Changes to this policy
If how we handle information changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top of it. We won't make that change and stay quiet about it.
