Zakir Iqbal sets the long-term direction for Kashan Builders & Developers, with a focus on sustainable growth over short-term volume. His approach shaped the company's core position: fewer homes, done properly, sold without a broker in between. That standard doesn't change from one plot to the next. Every house carries the same structural discipline, the same attention on finishing, and the same top-tier materials, whether it's the first home we build this year or the fiftieth. He believes a builder's name is only as good as the last house handed over, and he'd rather turn down a shortcut than let that name slip. For him, this isn't just a business. It's a standard the family puts its name behind, house after house, family after family.

Kashan Zakir oversees day-to-day operations across construction, sales, and client relationships. He's the point person for the company's direct-to-buyer model, making sure every home that reaches the market has been personally reviewed for build quality and pricing before it's listed.
