Question 1

Do I need to go through a broker to buy from Kashan Builders?

Accepted Answer

No. We sell directly to buyers. There's no broker commission built into our pricing because there's no broker involved.

Question 2

Can I visit a property before I commit to buying?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we encourage it. Serious buyers can walk through completed or in-progress homes before signing anything.

Question 3

What documentation do I get with a property purchase?

Accepted Answer

Every sale includes clear title documentation, and we handle registry and transfer paperwork directly rather than outsourcing it to a third party.

Question 4

Do you build custom homes on plots I already own?

Accepted Answer

Yes, our residential construction team takes on custom builds in addition to our own developments.

Question 5

How do overseas Pakistanis buy property with you remotely?

Accepted Answer

We coordinate directly with family members or representatives here in Karachi, arrange site visits and documentation on your behalf, and keep you updated throughout via WhatsApp, call, or email.

Question 6

What areas of Karachi do you build in?

Accepted Answer

Residential construction is our main focus, and we build across Karachi rather than sticking to one area. Commercial and investment land opportunities come up in other parts of the city too. Contact us for current listings near you.

Question 7

What's included in the price of a finished home?

Accepted Answer

Structure, complete interior and exterior finishing, kitchen and bathroom fit-outs, doors, windows, grillwork, electrical, and sanitary work are all included as standard, not sold as add-ons.

Question 8

How do I get pricing for a specific plot or house?

Accepted Answer

Message us on WhatsApp at +92 333 6011980 or submit an inquiry through the contact form. We respond with real pricing, not a follow-up sales call.

Question 9

What happens if something needs fixing after I move in?

Accepted Answer

Every house we sell, residential or commercial, comes with 6 months of free after-sales service from the date of handover. If something needs attention in that period, you call us directly and we handle it, no separate contractor to chase down.
